onDemandXPS™ methodology was developed by experienced information delivery professionals to enable rapid component and project delivery in a dynamic business setting.

onDemandXPS™ is an Agile process automation tool that enables teams to self-organize and maximize productivity. We leverage the industry best practices of Agile and Iterative development techniques as well as the collaborative aspects of eXtreme Programming and EVO techniques. Combined with an automated cooperative development environment, onDemandXPS™ ensures timely, consistent and business-focused results.

Critical to our success has been the use of this cooperative development environment. onDemandXPS™ deploys our web based collaboration software that is coupled with our client's target systems to automatically link development, testing, documentation and deployment activities with virtually any management and support requirements. Virtual computing networks allow developers to monitor, assist, review and augment each other’s work are used in conjunction with the Agile Methodologies team structure and management.

onDemandXPS™ also supports the Agile based SCRUM team meeting approach and provides SPRINT deliverable definitions, SPRINT development lists, SPRINT backlog lists, and SCRUM meeting status documentation that is also logged with WHYD, WDYP, and WIW* metrics. This unique view of project activity has proven to provide a dimension of project management that can be applied to any product development effort.
